Take a pottery wheel class
Yes, you can make pottery on the pottery wheel…with a little help from Ann. Here’s the breakdown of what we offer. If you want to put together a different type of class, just ask me!
Group Classes
Gather your friends and make pottery together on the wheel. Fun is had by all! Each participant will create pottery on the wheel, either a bowl, vase, or two cups. I will handle the trimming, firing and glazing. Shipping is additional.Cost $45.00 per participant
Individual Pottery Class or with a friend
Young Children (ages 7-11)
Includes: Low fire clay, 1-1/2 hour make-time on pottery wheel with Ann. Child returns in about 2 weeks and paints his/her pottery with underglazes downstairs with parent/guardian.
Cost $45.00 per participant
Older Children (ages 12-17)
Includes: up to 12½# Stoneware clay, 2 hours make on wheel – return in 2 weeks to glaze with stoneware glazes with Ann.
Cost $65.00 per participant
Adults (ages 18+)
Includes: up to 12½# Stoneware clay, 3 hours make on wheel – return in 2 weeks to glaze with stoneware glazes with Ann.
Cost $85.00 per participant
Pottery Cellar Events
Birthday Parties
Reserve the big room for two hours of fun. First hour is pottery painting. Second hour is cake and presents! No extra charges. Just pay for what is painted. You bring the cake, ice cream, drinks. We have a refrigerator and freezer to keep cold. Don’t forget the candles and serving ware. If the party is for young children, bring a couple of helpers. Pottery is ready for pickup in about a week.
Group Painting Parties
Available any time – evenings too. Just call in advance to set up the time. No extra charges. Just pay for what you paint. Feel free to bring in food and drink. Pottery is ready for pickup in about a week. This is great for girls’ night out, meetings, team building, bridal parties, couples parties and family reunions.
